  • Acupuncture to release tension, decrease pain, and improve circulation

  • Proprioceptive/supportive taping techniques

  • Modalities such as Shockwave therapy, ultrasound, IFC, and muscle stimulation

  • Ergonomic workplace recommendations

  • Balance and gait training

Physiotherapists are registered health care professionals who deliver physical therapy interventions to correct a wide variety of health conditions in patients of all ages. Physiotherapists perform clinical techniques based on scientific evidence and six years of university training. Physiotherapy pays specific attention to the rehabilitation and pain management of acute and chronic injuries as well as education and advice about health promotion, disease, and injury prevention.
